What data we collect

Email sign ups

When you sign up to our newsletters and updates from our website, we ask for your full name and email address so we can email you these updates.

You can stop receiving updates simply by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the email footer or just emailing and ask us to take you off our list.

Contact forms and brochure request forms

We like to keep a record of who contacts us by our opt-in form. Our forms ask you to submit your name and email plus your query.

You can use our form to ask us a question or to request brochures for our event hire or wedding bookings. By keeping this information, we can answer your query effectively and we can contact you with relevant information that might be of interest to you.


If you hire our event space, we will keep details of your booking on record so that we can provide the service that was agreed with you at the time of booking.

We would also like to be able to keep in touch with you with relevant information and offers. If you do not wish to be contacted by us, you can opt out by simply getting in touch and asking to be taken off our marketing list:

Siren does not share your data with any third parties. We would love to be able to tell you more about our wedding and event partners, but you will only ever hear from us about them, you will not be contacted directly by them.
